Golden Gate Bridge - MCEW

The Golden Gate Bridge spans 1280 meters over the sea and opens the way to one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
Simple as its colour and its shape, the design must have been a challenge that no Design Book could guide you through... only a different approach could face the strength of the tides, the angry waves, the strongest winds and of course the always awaited earthquake.
Strauss, chief engineer, in 1937 accomplished the design of a Modern Civil Engineer Wonder inspirational through the ages.

The Skater and his Mentor

It's difficult to describe a place such as Venice Beach... you might start from the palms, the sun, the sand or the shops... you'll end up speaking about people from Venice Beach...
I might have been just fascinated by a random kid, showing some ordinary moves... but, instead, I believe this kid was something more! He had energy, he was pure grace with his skateboard, sliding through the skatepark he was pure Venice Beach!
The kid was flying, he got a whole crowd cheering at him. His mentor, "the master Myiagi" of skateboard,  watching and silently approving!

Death Valley, Route 190

Personally, I love the Death Valley! It was hot, very hot! I didn't pay attention to the warning of Engine Extreme Heat, I kept my AC on and I escaped the Valley cooler than ever!
The steep way down (more than 8.5%) was the scariest moment since the car had some issues with the braking system! But everything was fine at the end!
Don't miss the Death Valley!!!
